قال وزير المالية التركي ناجي إقبال إن بلاده ستزيد ضريبة الاستهلاك الخاصة على السيارات وهو إجراء سيطبق على جميع السيارات ما عدا الفئات الأرخص سعرا، في ظل ما وصفه بأنه “طلب كثيف” من القطاع.
وأضاف إقبال أنه لا زيادة في ضرائب السيارات التي تقل تكلفتها عن 40 ألف ليرة (11578 دولارا). .أشار الوزير إلى أن هذه الخطوة ستساهم بإضافة 3.1 مليار ليرة إلى الميزانية.. وقد ينعكس هذا الإجراء إيجابا على قطاع السيارات المحلي، نظرا لأنه سيزيد تكلفة السيارات الفارهة المستوردة.
